- Description
- This is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this is to gain knowledge of potential qualified 8(a) Small Business sources and their size relative to NAICS 337127, Standard Size 500 employees. Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Responses are not considered responses to any potential solicitation announcement.� The Government is interested in the proposed project to be competitive 8(a), firm-fixed price, commercial supply contract procured in accordance with FAR 12 and FAR 13. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Little Rock District is seeking information for a requirement for the initial outfitting (IO) of the Hadnot Point Medical/Dental Clinic. The project name is FY20 Hadnot Point Medical/Dental Clinic Replacement and is located at Camp Lejeune near Jacksonville, North Carolina. It includes 39,978(GSF)/22,924(NSF) of new construction. The project includes vacating and moving �0 �NSF of existing facilities. Only personnel will be relocated. The project is a stand-alone IO project that follows the DBB project for this location, with minimal reuse. Transition is expected to only include 150 personnel (estimated), not FFE-LVS. The Contractor must use Revit for this project. The requirement is for commodities and services required to validate, outfit, transition, and activate The Hadnot Point Medical/Dental Clinic.� The Contractor shall provide all requirements within 609-calendar days after award (award through closeout, assumption is a July 14, 2020 award date). Deliverables include: 2 IO validation submittals, a Corrected Final submittal, execution of IO plans, and closeout. Beneficial Occupancy Date (BOD) - 30 October, 2021.� Open For Business (OFB) - Dec 13, 2021. The estimated value of the initial outfitting project is $3 Million - $6 Million.
