Description
This is a Sources Sought notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) is seeking to identify companies capable of supporting the DTRA�s Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) program.� The purpose of this Request for Information(RFI)/sources sought is to identify potential sources for the provided support�of the Electronic Integrated Disease Surveillance System (EIDSS)�and Pathogen Asset Control System (PACS) software development, software maintenance, requirements management, and training development. This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested parties should respond in writing with a statement of capabilities package. It is requested that interested businesses having the capabilities necessary to meet or exceed all aspects of the effort described in the attached RFI, submit to the contract specialist a statement of capabilities package (no more than five (5) pages in length, single-spaced, 12 point font minimum) demonstrating the ability to perform the requirements. The findings from this Market Research effort may impact any future solicitations to this requirement. If a solicitation is issued, the Government does not guarantee that it will be issued to RFI respondents. The Government is also requesting that restrictive or proprietary markings not be used in response to the RFI. A one-page cover letter must be provided with each submission with the following information: Company Name and Address, Company Business Size and Business Size Status, Point of Contact Name, Phone Number, and Email Address. All responses must be submitted no later than the published response date/time. All questions pertaining to this announcement must be submitted in writing to Mr. Chad Roney, Contract Specialist, at: chad.m.roney.civ@mail.mil DTRA will evaluate all compliant submissions using the following criteria: breadth, depth, and relevancy of experience as it relates to the work described above and in the RFI. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in the response. No telephonic submissions will be honored. All product information shall be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government.
