Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, intends to award a sole-source firm-fixed price contract to Rolls-Royce Marine North America Inc. (CAGE: 07309). This requirement consists of having one right?hand rotation and one left?hand rotation controllable pitch propeller hub assembly repaired. No RFQ will be issued based on this notice. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Competitive Proposals. No contract award will be made on the basis of this notice. This notice does not constitute a solicitation document. Requests for such documents will not be considered. However, all information received within three (3) calendar days after date of publication of this notice will be considered SOLELY for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received. Oral communications are not acceptable in responses to this notice. The NAICS code is 336611 and the size standard is 1,250 employees.
