THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). The Offutt AFB Runway Repair/Replacement (FA8903-19-R-0063) was released to the Worldwide Engineering & Construction (WE&C) pool on�12�February 2020, with a proposal due date of 30�March 2020.�This special notice provides each (WE&C) company's point of contact information for subcontracting opportunities.� If interested in subcontracting for this effort, please contact the individuals listed in the attachment provided.
