Description

A) Contractor will provide all equipment and labor to accomplish the following scope of work. Company will provide safety plan for approval, and company will abide by OSHA standards. B) Scope of work will consist of performing roof assessments and minor preventative maintenance to include the following listed below: Perform pre-inspection preventative maintenance: Remove debris, vegetation, abandoned materials and clean drains. Contractor is authorized to use Civil Engineering Squadron debris site located NE corner of base (do not bag) for disposing all removed material. Patch minor holes, splits, tears, re-caulk, re-attach flashings if possible. Minor is based off 2� diameter. Perform roof assessment with Geographic Information Systems generated data for roof locations and features. Identify defects and recommended repairs beyond minor repairs listed above. Upload all roof data to Roof Express and provide access. Transfer Roof Express data into Sustainment Management System Builder Roof Condition Reports, Defect Reports and Roof Asset Management Plan Provide Roof Express Web Portal Support Contractor will be responsible for establishing work schedule based on completion schedule of 15 Jul 2020, schedule will correspond with military schedule. Contractor will provide list of names to obtain base access, escorts will be available for areas with limited access (e.g. flight line). Once awarded completion of assessments, all data collected will be input in systems by 15 Jul 2020.
