Description

The Marine Corps Installation East (MCIEAST) Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of their intent to award a firm fixed-price contract, with a base year and four one-year option periods, to Restaurant Technologies, Inc. 2250 Pilot Knob Rd Ste 100 Mendota Heights, MN 55120-1127, Cage Code 3FJV4, on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. �Solicitation M6700120Q0014. This requirement is a closed loop oil management system for mess halls aboard Camp Lejeune, Marine Corps Air Station New River, Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort, and Marine Corps Auxiliary Air Field Bogue, NC. This Notice of Intent is Not a Request for Competitive Quotes.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
