- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The U.S. Department of Energy, Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), to ABB Enterprise Software Inc. 400 Perimeter Center Terrace Ste 500, Atlanta GA 30346, for the renewal of their nMarket Scheduling and Settlements and their Archiving tool Dataglance ArcPlus along with the implementation/configuration for our custom nMarket application. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
