Description
The objective of this requirement is to provide United States Air Force A1 with professional Systems Engineering, technical assistance and relevant program management services to support efforts over the Talent Management Digital Transformation. Support services shall include advisory assistance support in technology scouting; vulnerability and risk assessment and mitigation; project justification and defense; program planning; evaluation and analyses of programs, projects, budgets and performance; and project execution, and transition. This also includes providing programmatic support in the development and preparation of necessary United States Air Force A1 digital transformation documents. Program Management assistance shall include providing ancillary support to advance the overall mission of the program office, through its project objectives, and conducting support activities and functions in order to sustain the day-to-day business practices of USAF A1. These services are comprehensively categorized as Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance support services. As such, Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance support must expeditiously acquire a fundamental understanding of the department�s (USAF A1) overall and respective program offices� mission, practices, policies, and procedures; and respond professionally and promptly to mission needs within a demanding, challenging, and evolving environment.
