- JANITORIAL SERVICE FOR OKC & CONCHO This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is 140A0320Q0008 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation; Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-02 This is Total Small Business set aside the associated North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 561720 � Janitorial Services and the business size standard is 19.5 million. Quote Submission Information: To be considered for an award, vendors must quote on all items listed in the solicitation. No Partial Quote will be accepted. Quote Submission that does not include all the required documents will be considered non responsive. Quote submissions must include the following: Inquiries Questions relating to this Solicitation shall be presented by e-mail to Sara.Watkins@bia.gov no later than close of business March 3, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. Questions should be worded so as to avoid disclosing bid strategies or proprietary solutions. The Government will evaluate the questions, and if needed, an Amendment will be issued with the questions received and their associated answers. Submission of Proposals (a) Proposals are due March 4, 2020, 12:00pm Central Standard Time. Proposals received after such time and date are subject to FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors � Commercial Items. (b) The Government is not liable for any costs incurred by the Offerors in submitting proposals for this solicitation. A proposal that fails to show compliance with these instructions may be removed from the competition. (End of Provision) All proposals should be emailed to the following; Sara.watkins@bia.gov Instructions for Proposal Preparation The entity submitting a proposal shall submit a cover, letter, a technical proposal, and a bid schedule consisting of the information outlined below. These three (3) elements together constitute a complete submissions. Failure to submit the aforementioned information correctly shall make your offer non-responsive, and it shall not receive consideration for award. Section 1: Cover Letter; Section 2: Technical Response Section 3: Bid Schedule Section 4: Copy of SAM Registration listing the NAICS Code 561720 Each of the three above identified parts shall be printed single sided and not be bound. The three parts may be submitted in a three-ring binder in three distinct sections or separated by binder clips. Do not bind in any manner. Cover Letter. The cover letter shall indicate that the submission is to perform the requirement described in this solicitation. The cover letter shall not exceed two (2) pages and shall include all of the following information. 1. Name of Contractor submitting the proposal 2. Complete business address 3. Point of contact (name, phone number and email address) 4. Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS) 5. Small Business Size Standard for the NAICS identified in Section A 6. Signed by an individual authorized to bind the Contractor Offeors that do include all required documents listed above will be considered non responsive. Quotes are due on Wednesday, 4th March 2020 at 12:00 pm (CST). Quotes may be sent via email to sara.watkins@bia.gov. Quotes shall be good for 30 calendar days after close of RFQ. It is the responsibility of the contractor to ensure the quote submission is submitted before Wednesday, 4th March 2020 at 12:00 pm (CST) Offerors should check the FedBizOpps/FedConnect websites often for any solicitation amendments. *This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines.
