Amendment 02�Solicitation W912GB20R0016 FY20 Estonia MATOC 1.Evaluation Criteria i, revised to read �Projects that demonstrate experience working in Estonia or other Baltic Nations.� 2.Evaluation Criteria, added �Projects that demonstrate experience working with the Host Nation Government.� 3.Revised BLA and BLG verbiage under SECTION 00 22 00. 4.Amendment removed Option Year three (3) CLIN.
