Description

The reasons for this Amendment 0005�are as follows: a) Modifications to the Specs b) Modifications to the Drawings c) Provide 4 Reference Draw ings d) Due date for Bids remains 27 February 2020 at 2:00pm CST. All other terms and conditions of the Solicitation remain unchanged. The reason for this Amendment 0004 is to�extend the due date for Bids from�21 February 2020 to�27 February 2020 at 2:00pm CST.� An Amendment will be forthcoming to address the industry submitted questions. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. The reasons for this Amendment 0003 is to�extend the due date for Bids from 14 February 2020 to�21 February 2020 at 2:00pm CST.� An Amendment will be forthcoming to address the industry submitted questions. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. The reasons for this Amendment 0002 are as follows: a) To Extend the deadline to submit questions from 31 January 2020 to 7 February 2020 at 2:00pm CST. b) To Extend the due date for Bids from 7 February 2020 to 14 February 2020 at 2:00pm CST. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. The reasons for Amendment 0001 are as follows: a) To provide an official Pre-Bid Meeting Notice date (01/22/20 @ 9:00 AM CT); b) Modifications to Section 00 73 05 and c) To provide photos. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. The work includes demolition of skylights and exterior wall for window installation, but is not limited to, masonry work; metal fabrications, carpentry; installing insulations; roof repairs and EPDM roofing application; flashing and sheet metal; doors and frames; windows and window treatment; gypsum board work; flooring, signage, painting; sprinkler system; air conditioning units and HVAC installation, TAB, and commissioning; electrical work and lighting; telecommunications cabling and fire alarm and mass notifications system.
