- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in Subpart 12.6- Streamline Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Item. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13- Simplified Procedures and the conduct of the procurement will be in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 or some combination thereof. The solicitation number is 36C25620Q0270 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The proposed contract action is for for the Alexandria VA Medical Center, for which the Government intends to solicit competitive quotes. Interested persons may submit quotes, and all eligible quotes must be received prior to the response date listed on FBO to be considered by the Government. This solicitation is 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWN SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code is 337127 and the size standard is 500 Employees. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2005-97- 01/24/2018). Only emailed requests received directly from the requester will be accepted. Delivery FOB Destination to the following locations: Alexandria VA Health Care System 2495 Shreveport Hwy Pineville, LA 71360 RESPONSES ARE DUE March 03, 2020, by 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST).
