- Notice of Intent to Award a Firm- Fixed Price Sole Source Contract The Army Contracting Command � Redstone Arsenal intends to award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures to New Millennium Technologies, LLC, P.O. Box 786, Scottsboro, AL 35768-1804. NAICS Code: 541519 Small Business Size Standard of NAICS: $27.5 in millions of dollars Description: Standard Application Annual License Support and Maintenance Renewal of PMADS 30- user license for PM CCWS. The annual license includes the following: PMADS application, releases, updates, and maintenance; help desk user support; application hosting; and database maintenance support. This sole source requirement meets the conditions of FAR 13.106-1(b); purchase does not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contact action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g. urgency, exclusive licensing agreement, brand- name or industrial mobilization). Delivery Terms: We intend to award on 28 February 2020 by 12:00 Noon CST. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice is NOT a request for proposal, a solicitation of offers, or invitation for bid; therefore, there are no solicitation documents. The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quote to david.j.pizitz.civ@mail.mil, which may be considered by the agency if received by the date below: Responses must be received no later than: 11:30pm CST, 27 February 2020. If no responses are received by the above date and time, a sole source contract will be pursued with New Millennium Technologies, LLC. All responses shall be submitted by email to Mr. David Pizitz at david.j.pizitz.civ@mail.mil. A determination by the Government to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will NOT answer questions or inquiries via telephone.
