20�Feb 20 - Amendment 6 - Summary of Changes 1. �Add CLINs 0022, 1022, and 2022 to separate out Aqueous Film-Forming Foam (AFFF) from �Hanger Waste� and �Aircraft Washings�. Contractor is to provide a price per liter to incinerate any AFFF containing waste at RAFs Lakenheath and Mildenhall. 2. Incorporate Attachment 1 - Rev.3 UK-Wide IWMS PWS_20 Feb 20 to update Appendices A and B. Changes made to various waste streams and task and frequencies for multiple locations. Review both appendices carefully to note all changes. 3. Incorporate Attachment 2 � Revision 2 Pricing Schedule to correct calculation error on tab �Contract Total Pricing� and to add CLINs 0022, 1022, and 2022 for Aqueous Film Forming Foam Collection and Disposal at RAFs Lakenheath and Mildenhall. 4. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. 19 Feb 20 - Amendment 6 - Summary of Changes 1. Proposal due date has been extended seven days, from 2:00PM GMT 21 Feb 20 to 2:00PM GMT 28 Feb 20. 2. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. 18�Feb 20 - Amendment�5 - Summary of Changes 1. Incorporate Attachment 1 - Rev.2 UK-Wide IWMS PWS_18 Feb 20 to add language related to incineration of Aqueous Film-Forming Foam (AFFF) under hazardous liquid waste disposal. 2. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. 13�Feb 20 - Amendment�4 - Summary of Changes 1. Incorporate Attachment 1 - Rev.1 UK-Wide IWMS PWS_13 Feb 20 to update appendices A and B. 2.�Proposal due date has been extended three days, from 2:00PM GMT 18 Feb 20 to 2:00PM GMT 21 Feb 20. 7 Feb 20 - Amendment 3 - Summary of Changes 1. Update ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-1 - INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS, section C. PREPERFORMANCE CONFERENCE AND SITE VISIT INFORMATION. A second site visit has been added for 10 February 2020 at 0800, to inspect RAF Lakenheath. 3 Feb 20 - Amendment 2 - Summary of Changes 1. Add clause at DFARS 252.229-7010, Relief from Customs Duty on Fuel (United Kingdom). 2. Correct date for submission of questions in ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-1 - INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS, section B. FORMAL COMMUNICATIONS. Deadline for submission of questions after the site visit is changed from 1 February 2020 at 2:00 PM GMT to 7 February 2020 at 2:00 PM GMT. 24 Jan 20 - Amendment 1 - Summary of Changes 1.� Update estimated quantities for CLINs X009 and X013. 2.��Update CLINs 0017, 1017, and 2017 � Equipment Maintenance, to Not Separately Priced (NSP).� The US Government does not have any equipment that will require maintenance during performance of the contract. 3.� Update ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-2 - EVALUATION-COMMERCIAL ITEMS, section �BASIS FOR CONTRACT AWARD�. 4.� Incorporate Attachment 2 � Rev. 1 Price Schedule capturing changes in required CLINs for RAFs Fairford and Welford, updates to estimated quantities for CLINs X009 and X013, and change CLINs 0017, 1017, and 2017 � Equipment Maintenance, to NSP. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP), in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-04, effective 15 January 2019.
