- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Edward Hines, Jr VA Medical Center, VISN 12, 5000 South 5th Avenue. Hines, Illinois 60141, under the authority of FAR 13 (41 U.S.C. 1901 and implemented for restricting competition on this procurement via FAR 13.106-1(b)(2)), intends to request quotation on a sole source basis with Trillamed, LLC to facilitate the 24/7 application support via call center and all necessary server upgrades to maintain the TempTrak server located at the Edward Hines, Jr. VA Medical Center. NAICS 561790, with a size standard of $8 Million applies. Trillamed, LLC specializes in providing world-class medical materiel and MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operating) supplies to the Department of Veterans Affairs. Trillamed, LLC will provide 24/7 application support and maintenance to the TempTrak server ensuring continued facility use. Contractor shall furnish all parts, labor, supervision, material, test equipment, and emergency services, including transportation cost necessary to perform theses services to the TempTrak Server at the Edward Hines, Jr VA Medical Center for the period of 12 months after Date of award with Four (4) twelve (12) month option periods. Services are to be provided in strict accordance with schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract to include the US Patented SysCal calibration process is compliant to ISO/IEC Standard 17025:2005 and is traceable through NIST and may only be performed by an Emerson factory trained technician with all Any respondent to this notice must show that they have the capability to provide a program of 24/7 Application support and Maintenance to the TempTrak Server. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 12:00 pm (Noon) Local time Friday, February 28, 2020. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
