POSTING QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS CAVHCS ANSWERS Q: What is the current Contract Number, and Contract Value for the VAMC Birmingham, and the duration that constitutes that value? 36C247-19-P-0373 was for both facilities. You have to go through the FOIA to get other info. Q: What is the current Contract Number, Duration (Base +) for the VAMC Montgomery & Tuskegee), and what is the duration (Period of Performance) that contract value? There is no current contract. It ended Sept 2019. It was a 1 year contract for CAVHCS and Birmingham. Q:� Will there be separate COR for the VAMC Birmingham? Yes Q:� Is there Telemetry currently for the CAVHC (Montgomery & Tuskegee) for remote tank level monitoring? Yes Q:� Is there Telemetry currently for the VAMC Birmingham for remote tank level monitoring? Q: What is the allotted transition period for a new Prime Contractor? �90 days Q: Please confirm the current tanks sizes by location (the RFQ does not specify what the GOV requires): BIRMINGHAM (CO or GFE):�� MAIN SIZE (in Gal):������� Reserve Size (GAL):������� Res CYLs? CAVCHS WEST CAMPUS (CO or GFE):�� MAIN SIZE (in Gal):�3000���� Reserve Size (GAL): 234������� Res CYLs N/A CAVCHS EAST CAMPUS (CO or GFE):�� MAIN SIZE (in Gal): 1500������� Reserve Size (GAL):�300������ Res CYLsN/A If CYLs are used as a Reserve, are they Serviced off the MED CYL Contract or this (the Bulk) Contract? (no cylinders are not used as reserve) Q:� Do the Tanks at all (3) locations have current annual inspections on file with the respective facilities? East and West Campus yes. (Tuskegee/Montgomery) Q: Can the Contractor deliver Bulk Liquid Oxygen on the weekends with proper coordination (if needed) to avoid congestion at the Facility during normal duty hours?� The VAMC Birmingham is very congested as noted in the RFQ. CAVHCS delivery requirements are stated in the SOW. Q: Can the clarify CLINs 0001a3 & 1000b3? Are these priced or only meant to identify the type of reserve system (tank or Cyl) for each of the (3) Locations? Don t know what you re asking here Q:� Please Note there are no CLINs, nor estimated annual usage for the VAMC Birmingham for all contract years?� Can the vendor adjust the CLIN structure to add these? No, please price what is asked and nothing more Q: CONFIRMATION:� Page 12 of 72 Para 9.6 states:� 9.6 All prices for bulk oxygen shall be submitted by cubic feet (CF). The estimated annual usage for each delivery location is shown in CF. �Could you please confirm that this should be per 100/CCF which is the billable unit.� For example, CLIN 0001a for Montgomery has a base year estimated usage of 26,965 CF, yet this should be 100/CCF, (the billable unit). CF Q: Please confirm that annual Purchase Orders (Funding) will be annual POs for all (3) Facilities (are Montgomery and Tuskegee on different Pos/Delivery Orders). Tuskegee and Montgomery will be one PO and Birmingham will be a separate PO, however, both will be under one contract. Q:� Please confirm Invoices are submitted via the TUNGSTEN NETWORK (OB10) meaning each month there would be one consolidated invoice for all BULK LOX activities (2 or 3 Invoices Monthly)? )?
