- Description
- The following are requirements and instructions for the completion and submission of quotes in response to, Request for Quotation RFQ-2020-022. The Offeror shall provide a price quotation for the products/services listed on the PRICING TABLE with Firm-Fixed prices on F.O.B. Destination terms, net of shipping/handling charges if any. PDF or other images of the pricing tables will not be accepted. Bidder�s quotes must include all applicable End User License Agreements and/or any referenced Contract Terms and Conditions, as quoted. This is a competitive source selection in accordance with Senate Procurement Regulations among all, Open Market and/or GWAC, offers received. The Senate will be making one award, if any, on Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable basis under PO Terms and Conditions (see 3rd tab) and Addendum to Commercial Agreements (see 4th tab). The Contractor shall register or be registered in the System for Award Management (�SAM�) database (www.sam.gov) within ninety (90) calendar days from the date of award. The Contractor shall ensure that all information contained in its SAM registration is current, complete and accurate throughout the performance period of this award and until final payment is made by the Senate. The OEM must certify its compliance with the National Defense Authorization Act of 2018 (PUB. Law 115-232) prohibition on purchases of equipment and services from Peoples Republic of China telecommunications and video surveillance suppliers.� _____ Compliant����� _____ Non-compliant. The Senate will not provide any debriefing if requested. QUOTES MUST BE VALID UNTIL May 1, 2020. The Offeror must complete and return the Pricing Table in Excel format, sign Addendum B by an authorized company representative (4th tab), provide quote on company letterhead signed by an authorized company representative, via e-mail to Curtis Inabinet at Curtis_Inabinet@saa.senate.gov no later than 12 noon on Friday, March 6, 2020. The RFQ number shall appear in the subject line of the transmittal message. Early submissions are encouraged.
