- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex Beaumont, Beaumont, Texas, intends to issue solicitation 15B50220Q00000018 to make a single award to a responsible quoter for the provision of Catholic Priest/Deacon Services to carry out Catholic worship services for the inmate population at the FCIL, FCIM, USP and FPC. The award will be made to the responsible party or parties who submit the most advantageous quote to the Government based on price related factors only. It is estimated the base year will include a total of 500 sessions. A session is defined as a one (1) hour period. The contract type is indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The contract period shall consist of one (1) twelve month base year and four (4) one year option periods for renewal at the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 813110. The solicitation will be available on or about February 28, 2020 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.beta.sam.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website.� Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.� The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation.� All contractors doing business with the Federal Government shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.� The website for registration is www.sam.gov.� Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/bids equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
