- Description
- The proposed procurement is for one (1) NSN [6650-01-479-5386 (Anti-Reflection Dev)] and will be a FAR 12 Unrestricted procurement for an item with drawing(s). Unit of issue is Each (EA). Full and Open Competition applies. All responsible sources may submit an offer / quote, which shall be considered. The Government has rights to the technical data; therefore, specifications, plans or drawings are available and will be posted with the solicitation. Anticipated contract type is an Indefinite Delivery Contract. This proposed procurement is for a three-year base period with two option years (at Government discretion). Items are for stock and will be shipped to DLA stocking locations within the established minimum and maximum quantity limits, on an as-needed basis. The total shall not exceed five (5) years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery, socioeconomic support and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation will open on or about March 2, 2020. The contract specialist will not be able to provide copies of the solicitation. The solicitation will not be available until the issue date at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer.
