Description
The Department of Veteran Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC), is seeking offers to provide Mobile Magnetic Resonance Imaging Services for the Milo C. Huempfner Health Care Clinic in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Contractor shall provide all management, labor (including 2 MRI Technologists), equipment, supplies, meds/drugs, tools, and maintenance and repair of all contractor furnished equipment (including a mobile trailer/unit) necessary to perform Mobile MRI Services. These services shall be provided a minimum of ten (10) hours per day, every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The period of performance is projected to be April 1, 2020 through March 31, 2021, with four, one-year option periods to renew at the discretion of the Government. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item, fixed (unit) price, indefinite delivery, indefinite-quantity contract to the Contractor whose offer conforms to all stated terms, conditions, representations, certifications, and any other information required by the solicitation, and that provides the best value to the Government. This procurement is a 100% Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside and the SBA Limitations on Subcontracting at 13 CFR 12.5.6 do apply. The size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NACIS) 621512 is $16.5 Million. All Contractors who believe they can satisfy the solicitation requirements are invited and encouraged to provide an offer. Contractors are reminded to provide a completed offer as required by FAR 52.212-1 and addendum, as well as, completion of the Offer Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items of the solicitation at FAR 52.212-3 and online through www.sam.gov. This is a Pre-solicitation Notice only and not a request for formal offers. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at this URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all solicitation amendments.
