Description

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), Gallup Indian Medical Center in Gallup, New Mexico and Tohatchi Health Center in Tohatchi, New Mexico intend to award sole source firm-fixed-price GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) task orders to ScriptPro USA, Inc., for the lease, hardware, and software support of the automated pharmacy medication dispensing/management system. The total estimated value is $25,350.00. Period of Performance from April 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. In accordance with Sole Source authority in FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B). The Contractor, ScriptPro USA, Inc., is the only organization uniquely qualified to provide the requested services for the continued lease of equipment, hardware, and software support of the automated pharmacy medication dispensing and management system, which shall facilitate dispensing of a prescription utilizing guidelines compliant with standards of practice for pharmaceutical dispensing of medication. The notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotes. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Phone calls will not be accepted. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission object of the agency. If no affirmative written response is received by 1:00 P.M. Mountain Standard Time (MST) March 11, 2020 the contract will be issued without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Responses may be emailed to adrian.segay@ihs.gov by the deadline stated above. All Vendors are hereby notified that if your response is not received by the date and specified in this notice, it will not be considered. Confidentiality: No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response. The Government reserves the right to use any non-proprietary technical information in any resultant solicitation(s).
