- This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE only. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, has a requirement for Switchboard/ Telephone Operators for the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System located at 2400 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70119. NCO 16 is seeking Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses to procure the Switchboard/Telephone Operator Services. No proposals or quotes are being requested or accepted with this notice. A solicitation package will be available following this notice in which sources may then provide quotes. The Solicitation Number is 36C56-20-Q-0305 and it is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veterans Owned Small Business. The Solicitation utilizes the NAICS is 561421 Business size standards is $16.5 Million.
