Description

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to award a sole source Succeeding Lease to Salt Lake City Airport. �TSA currently occupies approximately 8,000 rentable square feet and intends to occupy approximately 9,100 rentable square feet. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action for existing space that is currently contracted under Transportation Security Administration, Direct Leasing Branch. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government requires office space and related space yielding a minimum of 9,000 rentable square feet with approximately 15 unreserved parking spaces for Government vehicle usage per month. The Government may consider alternate space if economically advantageous; otherwise the Government intends to pursue a sole source acquisition. All offerors should be aware that the Government will consider the cost of moving, security and alterations, etc., when deciding whether it should relocate. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. TSA will not reimburse for any costs incurred by interested parties in providing a notification of interest and/or capability statement in response to this posting. To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by 9:00 AM ET April 4, 2020 (Submission by other than the owner or management of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of space. WRITTEN EXPRESSION OF INTEREST MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: Building Name and Address, Rentable and Usable Square Footage. �Fully Serviced Rental Rate and Common Area Factor.
