- Description
- Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Desert South West Region (DSW) has a requirement to procure 4 each of a Circuit Breaker Test Systems manufactured by Doble, Model TDR 900 or equal as well as associated accessories. This procurement has been deemed as a 100% Small Business Set-aside Request for Quotation (RFQ). The assigned NAICS is 334515 with a size standard of 750 employees. This requirement is being solicited as a commercial item acquisition prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 12 and 13. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated and only new equipment will be accepted. Any questions shall be submitted in writing to Western Area Power Administration, Attn: Greg Cagle, Contract Specialist, 615 S. 43rd Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85009-5313 or email to cagle@wapa.gov referencing the solicitation number in the subject line. No phone calls will be accepted. All responsible sources who meet the terms of the solicitation may submit a quote, and will be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be available at beta.sam.gov on or about March 6, 2020. Note: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. To obtain information on completing your SAM registration and/or obtaining a DUNS number go to the following website: www.sam.gov.
