- The purpose for this source sought notice is to locate interested companies that can furnish the REQUIREMENTS listed in the PWS that is attached. Offeror's capability to meet this requirement including any current contracts with more than 2 years of Period of Performance (Civilian or Government) to include meeting the below listed accreditations or similar standards, facility description, capabilities, and certifications. All necessary spare parts replaced free of charge. The Service Total Plan does not cover consumables such as filtration cartridges, UV Lamps, RO Membranes, or EDI Modules (See Preventive Maintenance). Milli-Q Service: Technical Support hotline In-house support experts available to diagnose, investigate, solve customer issues, and schedule repair visits if/when required. Genuine MilliporeSigma parts Only genuine MilliporeSigma parts produced in and ISO 9001 manufacturing site will be used to service the water purification system. Expert maintenance support Only factory-trained field service engineers will repair and maintain the water purification system in compliance with MilliporeSigma s worldwide service operating procedures. The contractor shall supply all tools, materials, supplies, personnel, training and travel needed in order to complete the intent of this statement of work. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE AND WORKING HOURS The Contractor (or Representative) shall contact the Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory at 501-257-6443 to schedule work. Services are to be performed during our business hours, Monday-Friday between 6:00am and 4:00pm central time, excluding Federal holidays, in room 2E-110. The contractor shall provide services for one (1) year plus four (4) option years. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS N/A INSPECTION/ACCEPTANCE PROCEDURES After work is completed, the contractor is to submit, in writing, a complete report of services performed for the water purification system, and must include a listing of replacement parts, when applicable. REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS Used consumables must be disposed of according to local regulations.
