- Description
- This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures for TURNING POINT use at McAlester Army Ammunition Plant. Only one authorized supplier, TURNING TECHNOLOGIES, has the material/technical ability to ensure a uniform performance to match previous supplied blankets in the same systems. Any purchase order will be awarded under 'other than full and open competition' as authorized by FAR 6.302-1.� This is not a request for offers.� A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
