Description

The requirement is to acquire services to maintain building elevators in safe, reliable and efficient operating condition.� Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date.� The Embassy of the United States in Pakistan will launch the solicitation on the beta.sam.gov Contract Opportunities website (formerly Federal Business Opportunities-FedBizOpps) when it is available.� The anticipated performance period is for a base year with four optional one-year periods, if exercised by the Government.� All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.� The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror who is a manufacturer�s authorized service provider.� The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.� The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price type contract.� No electronic offers or proposals will be accepted.����
