- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No.: 140A0920R0007 herein cited will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-64. This acquisition is Native American Owned Business and Small Business set aside under the Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C). The NAICS Code is 237310, Size standards in dollars $39.5 The Contractor shall retrace the BIA, ENA-Branch of Transportation permanent pavement markings and re-stripe the existing permanent pavement markings on most paved BIA routes with the ENA-BOT Road Inventory consisting of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to BIA, Eastern Navajo Agency, Branch of Transportation, State Highway 371 & N9 Junction. Crownpoint, New Mexico 87313 Period of Performance: Date of Award through September 30, 2020 1. Reflective High-Durable Painted Markings for BIA, Eastern Navajo Transportation, State Highway 371 & N9 Junction, Crownpoint, New Mexico.: SEE ATTACHMENT FOR STATEMENT OF WORK AND LOCATIONS. INCLUDE: APPLICABLE TAXES $_________ In order to participate in this solicitation, vendors MUST qualify under the following NAICS Code: 237310 and this NAICS code is in their SAM.gov profile. Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror, whose quotation is conforming to the requirements herein, will be most advantageous to the Government, and is fair and reasonable.
