Description

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Brasilia, Brazil will launch the solicitation on the beta.SAM.gov website when it is available.The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government.� All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. �The contract is for meal voucher services required by the U.S. Embassy Brasilia, Brazil.� The contract will be for a one-year period from the date to start services, with four one-year options to renew.� The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be an indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity type contract. All contractors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (www.sam.gov) prior to submitting a proposal. The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at: https://www.statebuy.state.gov/pd/Pages/AdditionalVendorReg.aspx Electronic Submission/Responses:� This opportunity allows for electronic responses.
