- Saguache garage parapet and stucco repair and roof replacement:� Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and necessary appurtenances� needed to repair structural and hair line cracks on the garage building and replace the existing flat roof.� Project includes the repair of the existing exterior stucco parapet walls of the garage building located on Christy Avenue in Saguache, Colorado.� This work is necessary prior to replacing the existing flat roof of the garage as the proposed 50 mil PVC liner extends up the backside of the parapet walls.� Includes the installation of a new 50 mil PVC roofing membrane over existing roof deck.
