This notice is to amend the presolicitation notice for�solicitation SPE7L019RX057. Contract Specialist: Emelie Deslauriers Email: emelie.deslauriers@dla.mil NSN: 2530-00-021-2366 Nomenclature: PARTS KIT, RELAY VALVE, AIR PRESSURE Set-Aside Type: Total Small Business FOB: ORIGIN I/A: ORIGIN Requested Delivery: 155 Days Ship-To Address: Shipping instructions shall be provided with individual delivery orders.��Material ordered under the terms of this contract shall be delivered within�155 days after the date of the order. Notwithstanding any other�provisions/clauses of this contract, no deliveries shall be made prior to�issuance of delivery order (DD Form 1155).�� This NSN will be procured under an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) using�FAR Part 15 procedures. A base period of 3 years and two separate 1-year�option years with a total duration not to exceed 5 years are anticipated.�� One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an�Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the�US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979.�� Based on market research, this item is non-commercial and the Government�is using the policies contained in FAR Part 15 for this solicitation. However,�interested persons may identify to the contracting o?icer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item�with 15 days of this notice. The solicitation will be available on the Internet�at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about 21 January 2020 with a 30 day solicitation period. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. While pricing may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final�award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, and�performance. All offers shall be in the English language and US dollars. All interested parties may submit an offer.
