- Description
- This solicitation will be issued to service the customers' subsistence requirements for Kansas (Zone 1)�/ Missouri (Zone 2)�and Surrounding Areas. This acquisition will result in a sixty (60) month Indefinite delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that includes two performance periods.� The first tier shall be for a 36-month period (inclusive of up to a 60-day implementation period). The second and final tier will be a 24-month performance period directly following the first tier. The estimated contract value of this acquisition is $171,000.00 (zone 1 - Kansas is $31,000,000.00 and zone 2 - Missouri is $140,000,000.00) for a sixty (60) month period. The guaranteed minimum contract value is ten (10) percent of the estimated contract value, $17,100,000.00 (zone 1 - $3,100,000.00 and zone 2 - $14,000,000.00). The maximum contract value is 175% of the estimated contract value, totaling $299,250,000.00 (zone 1 - $54,250,000.00 and zone 2 - $245,000,000.00), inclusive of all tiered pricing periods and twenty-five percent surge (25%). The Government�s legal obligation under this contract shall only be that of the guaranteed minimum.
