- Industry Day/Sources Sought Event Immigration and Customs Enforcement Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR) �April 29-30, 2020 � Location: ICE Headquarters, 500 12th Street SW, Washington DC 20536 � Government Points of Contact: Contracting Officer Representative (COR) Tammy Miller, Homeland Security Investigations, Phone: 202-732-4120, Tammy.J.Miller@ice.dhs.gov Contracting Officer (CO): Tracy Riley, Investigations & Operations Support Dallas���������������������� �Phone: 214-905-5319, Tracy.Riley@ice.dhs.gov Event Description: Vendor One-on-One Meetings, April 29-30, 2020 (EST) Scheduled 60-minute capabilities presentation presented by the contractor with a 30-minute question and answer session immediately following presentation. The Q& A is to address key operational needs and challenges as well as innovations and partnerships. Attendees to this event will also include other components of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). � Event Purpose: This industry day is a market research event to identify competitors who can provide the most beneficial, innovative solutions to address ICE�s unique mission objectives. Description of Requirement: ICE�s HSI/ERO/OPR components have a requirement for database subscription services to obtain logins for multiple users for researching and identifying people/businesses and their assets as subjects of investigations for potential arrest, seizure and forfeiture. This service is a recurring service. Note: The requirement is still being defined as ICE researches the marketplace for innovative solutions.� Industry partners often have more efficient, best practice, cutting edge solutions for Government requirements; therefore, our requirement is only partially defined.� The Government intends to us the results of this market research/fact finding event to further define its requirement.� Proposed Contract Period of Performance: One-year base period with four (one-year) option periods if awarded under GSA schedules.��� � Pre-Industry Day Event: Discovery call for all interested parties, hosted by the Government for introduction and brief requirements discussion.
