Description
Special Notice - Pre-Proposal Conference - National Cyber Range Complex Event Planning, Operations, and Support (NCRC EPOS) W900KK-20-R-0011 U.S. Army Contracting Command - Orlando (ACC-ORL), in partnership with the Department of Defense Test Resource Management Center (TRMC) will be hosting a Pre-Proposal Conference on Tuesday, 17 March 2020.� The Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at Partnership III, 3039 Technology Parkway, Orlando FL 32826 in Conference Room 321A/B.� The Pre-Proposal Conference will begin at 9:00 AM Eastern and conclude at 12:00 PM Eastern.� Please arrive by 8:30 AM Eastern for check in.� Each Firm is allowed only two (2) individuals and will need to pre-register for attendance by 1:00 PM Eastern on Thursday, 12 March 2020. Pre-registration will be conducted by e-mail submission to usarmy.orlando.peo-stri.mbx.pm-itts-ncrc-epos@mail.mil.� The e-mail shall include name of attendees, company represented, job titles, e-mail addresses and telephone numbers.� Companies must have a certified Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement DD Form 2345 with a current Data Custodian on file and a distribution agreement already in place for the NCRC EPOS; if not, please contact the NCRC EPOS Contract Specialist to process the request. In the interest of avoiding the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus, registered attendees that are ill, fall ill, or at risk of infection, are kindly reminded to consider notifying ACC-ORL that a replacement will be in attendance.� We will continue to monitor elevated warnings and advise all concerned as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation.� Participants should plan accordingly. The purpose of this Pre-Proposal Conference is to facilitate industry�s understanding of the National Cyber Range Complex Event Planning, Operations, and Support Request for Proposal (NCRC EPOS RFP) and to discuss structure and source selection methodology outlined in Section L and Section M.� The discussion at the Pre-Proposal Conference will not change the terms and conditions of the solicitation unless the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) issues an amendment to the RFP. Foreign Nationals may NOT attend this event.� Electronic devices including but not limited to wireless devices, cellular telephones, smart watches, Fitbits, laptops, personal computers, tablets/electronic pads, cameras and/or recorders are not allowed in the meeting rooms.� Video or audio recording of any of the NCRC EPOS Pre-Proposal Conference is not allowed.� Any industry representative found to be recording any portion of the sessions will be asked to leave immediately and will not be allowed to re-enter. All questions will be captured during the sessions and answers to all questions asked by industry partners will be posted to beta.SAM.gov. Questions submitted as part of the RFP questions submission timeframe, will not be answered during the event but will be addressed in an amendment to the solicitation after the conference. IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING PARKING:� Due to limited parking in the Partnership II/III parking lot, all visitors must park in the large parking lot on the corner of Science Drive and Technology Parkway. The Partnership II/III parking lot is authorized parking for occupants only.� Also, do not park in the AT&T parking lot, across the street, as your car will be subject to being towed. DISCLAIMER: Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not reimburse any contractor for any information or administrative costs incurred in the response to this notification and in attending events in this notification:� all costs associated with responding to and attending events in this notification will be borne solely by the interested party. Not responding to or attending events in this notification does not preclude submission of a proposal in response to the RFP.
