- The government is seeking to collaborate with industry on the Visible Accessible Understandable Linked Trusted�(VAULT) requirement.�To gain a better understanding of industry standards/practices, the discussion will be framed around the following topics: Based on the Draft PWS, what contract type is used in the private sector or used with another Government agency? Pros and Cons of contract types Recommendations Are the tasks in the PWS clear/well defined? Intellectual property and data rights Algorithms and Artifacts Work Products Software Documentation Custom Coding Information Technology labor category turn-over rates can be high, what ways can the government�mitigate�that? Data Scientist Data Analyst Organizational Conflict of Interest Possible unequal access to information/data Multiple award IDIQ On and off ramping? Limit to number of awards? Recommendations for evaluation criteria Experience requirements Past performance.� Is this helpful? Technical capabilities How to demonstrate/prove technical competency Price at the IDIQ level? Single award IDIQ Single PMO/integrator to ensure continuity across all task orders Maximize subcontracting opportunities The�forum�will be held�on Tuesday, 17 March �0900 - 1030 at the�ANGRC Theodore Jackson Auditorium 3500 Fetchet Ave, Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762.� Parking at the ANGRC is very limited.� Ensure to avoid parking in any reserved parking stalls, as indicated by the small brown signs on the parking blocks, and that they do not park on our grass or in areas not intended/approved for vehicle parking.� Please see attached diagram that indicates which parking stalls are reserved for ANGRC leadership. All who�plan to attend must send an email to the POCs listed below by 1200 Wednesday, 11 March 2020�to the POCs listed below with�full name, DOB, DL state/number�on attached spreadsheet format labeled ""JBA Access List"" in order to gain�base access. �
