- Site Tour A tour of the office will be held on Tuesday March 10, 2020 at 10:30 am You may register by emailing: debra.peters@usda.gov� If you are unable to make the tour, you may still bid on the solicitation. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies,�equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that janitorial services performed at the Sawtooth National Recreation Area Headquarters Office are in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Exact work days will be determined after award of contract with COR unless otherwise noted. LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION. Building is located approximately 7 miles north of Ketchum, Idaho. Services are to be performed before the�hours of 7:30 am or after 5:30 pm, unless otherwise directed.
