- Description
- The Department of Defense Dependents Schools Activity (DoDEA), in support of the DoDEA-Europe (DoDEA-E)� Europe District, solicits�the acquisition of commercial services for the Daily Commute (DC) and Special Education Needs (SPEN) Student Transportation Services�(STS)�attending DoDEA schools in�Hohenfels, Germany.�� The anticipated acquisition is expected to result in a one or two�awarded five year (one base period + four� option ordering periods) firm fixed-price (FFP) IDIQ contract(s) to the�offer(s) determined the�Best Value to the U.S. Government (USG).��The USG anticipates awarding the contract(s) for the following periods of performance including options: Base Period: 1 August 2020 - 31 July�2021; Option Period I: 1 August�2021 - 31 July�2022; Option Period II: 1 August�2022 - 31 July�2023; Option Period III: 1 August�2023 - 31 July�2024; and Option Period IV: 1 August�2024 - 31 July�2025.� This acquisition will be conducted using Full and Open Competition Procedures.� Proposals must be submitted according�the provisions of the solicitation (esp. note intructions at 52.212-1 and addendume to 52.212-1), with close period of 1200 (EST, USA) on 21 April 2020.��Complete solicitation (SF-1449) with five (5) attachments and five (5) enclosures necessary to provide proposal(s) are attached herein this announcement.� [NOTE:� Attachment 4 is reserved and NOT attached to the solicitation at this time, nor is it necessary to make proposals(s)]. Questions may be submitted via email POC not later than 1200 (EST, USA) on 24 March, to allow the USG reasonable time to meaningfully address.�� All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
