Description

GENERAL INFORMATION Furnish all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to remove existing tile and asbestos mastic, replacing with carpet squares.� Plexi glass panels near ceilings are to be removed and filled in.� All work is located at the Forestry Sciences Laboratory at 1831 East Hwy 169, Grand Rapids, MN 55744. A pre-proposal walk thru of Site can be scheduled by contacting Eric Troumbly to register for meeting @ 218-326-7129 or email eric.j.troumbly@usda.gov.� � MAGNITUDE OF PROJECT: Between $15,000 and $25,000. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The Small Business size standard is 16.5 Million under NAICS code � 238330 with a PCS code: Z2AA. Davis-Bacon Wages apply. No bid bonds are required. The Deadline for receipt of responses to the RFQ shall be March 27, 2020, 2:00 p.m. CDT. PLEASE NOTE: OFFERORS MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) DATABASE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.
