- ARTS V3 Industry Day The Advanced Radar Threat System (ARTS) Program Office, AFLCMC/HBZCD, Hill AFB, Utah is holding an industry day 15-16 April 2020 for parties interested in the prototyping of ARTS-Variant 3 (V3).�� The purpose of the industry day is to provide information on ARTS-V3�s recent program developments, gain a better understanding system requirements with special emphasis on interested threats within desired band and communicate program objectives. The program will include classified discussions. Registered attendees will need to hold the proper clearance to participate in industry day discussions. Each party will be allowed a maximum of four attendees.� Each party must submit a Registration Form (provided) to Wade Pilcher and Angela Vance, no later than�31 March�2020.� Attendees will need appropriate ID and current vehicle registration for gate entrance. The industry day will consist of a general session and breakout sessions The general session will consist of an ARTS-V3 program update briefing as described in paragraph 1.1 and question/answer discussions.� The Government requests interested parties make an effort to submit questions regarding ARTS-V3 to Wade Pilcher and Angela Vance by 08 April 2020 to allow the Government to respond more efficiently during the industry day. The Government requests the contractor reviews the attached V3 Industry Day Questions and the ITEAMS Review Slides in preparation for Industry Day Discussions. Breakout sessions will be for rapid prototype capabilities of industry and questions concerning the ARTS-V3.� Interested parties desiring to schedule a breakout session with the Government must submit a request via email to Wade Pilcher and Angela Vance no later than 08 April 2020. Breakout session time slots will be populated by order of requests. Breakout sessions will be held to 45 minutes for Government/industry feedback with a 15 minute Government-only huddle after the 45 minute session is completed.� Depending on the amount of responses for breakout sessions, the Government reserves the right to change the time allotted to each breakout session to accommodate for the number of responders/requesters.
