- DK HVAC PROCUREMENT PIERRE OFFICE HVAC and Ceiling Tiles Replacement Work is located at the Pierre Field Office at 810 West Fifth Street in Pierre, South Dakota. The principal components of work to be performed include the following: A. Remove and replace HVAC system. B. Remove and replace ceiling tiles. A �Request for Quote� solicitation package is anticipated to be available for viewing through electronic commerce via FEDCONNECT and beta.SAM on or about March 23, 2020. Interested contractors may also check Bureau of Reclamation's website at https://www.fedconnect.net. Quotes will be due on or about April 23, 2020 at the Bureau of Reclamation's Missouri Basin Regional Acquisition Office, 2021 4th Avenue North, Billings, Montana 59101. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation. The estimated price range of this acquisition is between $25,000 and $100,000. This requirement is solicited as a/an Request for Quotation (RFQ) using the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Bureau of Reclamation anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price contract. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors). A Pre-Quote Site Visit is TBD for the date and time. The Government anticipates award of this procurement on or about April 22, 2020. The Contractor shall be required to complete the entire project within 152 calendar days from receipt of the `Notice to Proceed�, which will be issued on or about April 30, 2020. SAM: Effective July 29, 2012, any contractor interested in doing business with the Government must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract or agreement. SAM is a Federal Government owned and operated free website that consolidates the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), the online representations and certifications application (orca), and the Excluded Parties List System (EPLS). SAM requires the contractor�s Duns and Bradstreet number and banking information for registration. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by accessing the SAM website at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/sam/ or by contacting the Federal Service Desk at 1(866)606-8220. Payment requests for the anticipated contract must be submitted electronically through the U.S. Department of the Treasury�s Internet Payment Platform (IPP) system. The IPP website is located at https://www.ipp.gov. The contractor must use the IPP website to register access and submit requests for payment. Contractors may obtain assistance by contacting the IPP Production Helpdesk via e-mail ippgroup@bos.frb.org or phone 1(866)973-3131. If the contractor is unable to comply with the requirements to use IPP for invoice submission, the contractor must submit a waiver request in writing to the Contracting Officer with its proposal or bid.
