QTY 3 Each NSN: 4920-01-665-5207KV; P/N: A06G3576-5; NOUN: Circuit Card Assembly, ITEM FUNCTION: Simulates and generates various weapon response signals. ITEM MATERIAL: Circuit card assembly with electrical� components. ITEM DESCRIPTION: LENGTH: 90.0 in; WIDTH: 50.0 in; HEIGHT: 70.0 in; WEIGHT: 42.0� lbs. QTY: 1 Each DESTINATION:� SW3119 FOB: Origin DELIVERY SCHEDULE:� 180 days ARO The following Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs) is applicable to this requirement: - A001 - Counterfeit Prevention Plan - A002 - IUID Marking Plan - A003 - IUID Marking Activity & Verification Report A written RFQ will be issued. The anticipated award date is 30 January 2020. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intents to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 30 days (30 days if award if issued under and existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive� procurement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Agency. Based upon Market Research, the Government is anticipating using the policies in FAR Part 15, Contract by Negotiations, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement within 15 days of� this notice.
