The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 5 each up to 25 each maximum of an ELECTRICAL PALLET, NSN:6110-01-597-1482 , Part Number: 70A144-2 applicable to the A-BE BLACKHAWK weapon system. Forecasted/estimated quantities: Year 1: 5 each Year 2: 5 each Year 3: 5 each Year 4: 5 each Year 5: 5 each Production Lead Time is 5 each, 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to TEXARKANA,TX 75507-5000. PRON: AX0F2072AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 10 each up to 50 each maximum of a HEAT INTERCHANGER, NSN: 4130-01-597-1300, Part Number:70A145-3 applicable to the A-BE BLACKHAWK weapon system.Forecasted/estimated quantities: Year 1: 10 each Year 2: 10 each Year 3: 10 each Year 4: 10 each Year 5: 10 each Production Lead Time is 10 each, 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to TEXARKANA,TX 75507-5000. These items are restricted to ENVIRO SYSTEMS INC, CAGE 0B9E8. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
