Description

The Emigrant Creek Ranger District compound is located on 7 acres in Hines, Oregon.� As part of the site, there are two converted residences that serve as office space for the Burns Interagency Fire Zone.� The intent of this project is to replace the existing converted residences with a 14,800 square foot premanufactured facility that may consist of one or more buildings.� This includes site demolition of the existing fire offices, grading, drainage, utility connection, landscaping, and hardscaping. Estimated Price Range: �$1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Estimated Posting Date is 3/30/2020. Estimated Proposal Due Date is 04/30/2020.
