The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure two (2) each Composite Laminate Analysis and Design of Composite Structures courses, not to exceed five (5) days per course, to provide participants with knowledge of composite design, analysis and manufacturing in order to fully utilize materials.ï¿½ The courses should provide training methods to include lecture, discussion, and video presentations. ï¿½ ï¿½ Please include shipping/freight cost for FOB destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13ï¿½ The order shall be firm fixed price.ï¿½ï¿½ All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. At time of proposal submission please submit any historical data as well as published pricing.ï¿½ Award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
