- The U.S. Army Contracting Command � New Jersey, on behalf of U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command � Armaments Center (CCDC AC), Pyrotechnics R&D Pilot Plant Laboratory at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, is conducting market research to determine the capability of businesses to provide pilot scale blade-less resonant acoustic mixing technology. Key technical features should include a 1kg mix capacity and impart energies at or greater than 100g acceleration near 60hz cycle rate into the pyrotechnic mix constituents. It is desired that the vessel should have jacketed cooling and integrated vacuum control for degassing. Technology must comply with Class1/Div1 & Class2/Div1 hazardous location standards and possess UL listing.
