- Source Sought: THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: The Air Force Nuclear Weapon Center (AFNWC) is issuing a Sources Sought announcement for the purpose of seeking market research to determine interest, availability and capabilities of 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned, and Small Business concerns. Other Than Small Businesses are also welcome to provide capabilities packages.�� This notice is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a formal solicitation or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. The Government is not liable for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this request. Work would be located at AFNWC located on Hanscom AFB MA � All interested firms should identify their capabilities and experience related to following tasks: Provide information on your firm�s ability to furnish a VTC system that can perform in a secure environment and also have the capability that can integrate with SIPRNET. Provide information on your firm�s ability to perform VTC system customization support (Design). Provide information on your firm�s ability to install the VTC systems. Provide information on your firm�s ability to perform routine operational maintenance services. � Interested firms should also describe their in-house capabilities to accomplish the aforementioned tasks as well as their subcontracting plans for the portion of work not covered by in house resources. Interested firms should submit a capabilities package to include the following:� business classification (e.g. 8(a), HUBZone, etc.), staff size, primary area(s) of expertise, qualifications, demonstrated experience in performing the work requirements stated above. Interested participants should be prepared to include the following data: POC information Cage Code & Duns Number Applicable NAICS codes Special Restrictions Acquisition history � All prospective candidates/companies must be registered in the System For Award Management (SAM) database with a commercial and government entity code (CAGE CODE) and should have completed an electronic annual representations and certifications at https://sam.gov/SAM/ in conjunction with required registration in the SAM database. SAM information can be obtained by accessing https://sam.gov/SAM/ . The results of this survey will be considered to be in effect for a period of one year from the date of this notice.� Responses are limited to thirty pages. �Firms interested shall provide the above documentation in one electronic copy to the Contract Specialist Ms. Kara Farrell at Kara.farrell.1@us.af.mil. All responses should be received not later than 24 March 2020, 3:00 p.m. (EST).
