Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract, Qty 7, FOB Origine, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination, HIGHER LEVEL CONTRACT QUALITY and Export Control. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and otherevaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
