The PROCESSOR, RADAR TARGET DATA, is NOT a Critical Safety Item (CSI).� There is no DMWR to support the overhaul of these items.� Currently the only known approved source for the overhaul of these items is Lockheed Martin � Rotary and Mission Systems (CAGE 03640). Interested parties who have capability to perform the above effort should respond to this notice and identify your business size and socio economic status as applicable. All submissions must include full company names, Point of Contact (POC) to include position, office and mobile phone numbers and email address. The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) maintenance and overhaul contract, with minimum / maximum quantities listed above. The maximum quantity includes a quantity of 0 or Foreign Military Sales. Authority cited is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy this agency�s requirement. Currently the only known approved source for the overhaul of these items is Lockheed Martin � Rotary and Mission Systems (CAGE 03640). Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Request (SAR) in order to become an approved source by submitting documentation in accordance with the Competition Advocate's Shopping List procedures at: http://www.avmc.army.mil/Directorates/SRD/SAR. Questions concerning SAR submissions can be directed to the ED SAR Team at EDS-AR@amrdec.army.mil or call the SAR Team at 256-876-3198 or 256-313-8998. The solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated on the solicitation. Award of this requirement will not be withheld pending SARs. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. Requests for solicitation will be accepted by mail or email.
