- Project:� Annual Renewal of Accellion Licenses and Maintenance Service The Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Administration, Office of Technology and Information Services is a seeking an Accellion certified reseller to supply a yearly renewal of active licenses and maintenance, customer identification number 113214 with license dates of September 19, 2019 to May 31, 2020.� This requirement is brand name, only and product descriptions are listed under the Statement of Work Technical Requirements.� This Request for Quote (RFQ) will result in a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order with a Twelve�Month Period of Performance. For this solicitation, Unison Market Place, Buy Number 1018569, Link: https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com/fbweb/shareBuyDetails.do?t1=1&t2=%3DcUYqYxLHBNfIAAAAAHeAAgAgTFCGg%2FFzzqQbJAAyVXBA0Or, Department of Labor intends to conduct an online open market competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, Unison, Inc. Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. The DOL is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids. All responsible Offerors that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.UnisonMarketplace.com.� Proposal evaluation is LPTA and price is based on the Offeror�s total price for all line items.� Factors used to evaluate quotes/offers are technically acceptable and price, price and technically acceptable are of equal weighting.� For offer consideration, all offerors are required to provide certification as an authorized Accellion reseller.� All quoted prices will be accepted not later than the due date/time, Monday, March 23, 2020 at 11:00 am, EDT and must be good for 30 days after acceptance.� All interested Contractors are requested to return price quotes in the requested format posted on the Unison Marketplace. Clarifying questions regarding this RFQ from interested offerors must be submitted by using the 'Submit a Question' feature at www.UnisonMarketplace.com at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond but not later than 11:00 am. EDT, Thursday Wednesday, March 19, 2020. Questions submitted will be responded to using Unison Marketplace.�
