- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. We are seeking information for market research purposes only. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. The VHA Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) is conducting a market survey to find qualified vendors for Patient Lift Maintenance Services for the Malcom Randall and Lake City Veterans Affairs Medical Centers in Gainesville and Lake City, FL. The proposed NAICS 811219 is applicable to this acquisition; with a size standard of $ 22.0 Million. Objective: This is a non-personal services procurement to provide Patient Lift Maintenance Services for the Malcom Randall and Lake City Veterans Affairs Medical Centers. See the attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) for details. All interested parties should respond, in writing via email to daniel.dove@va.gov. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Your response is required by 1:00 PM EST on Friday, March 27, 2020. In your response, please include the following: Company name Address Point of contact with email and/or phone number DUNS number GSA Contract Number, if applicable Evidence of current SAM registration (see internet site: https://www.sam.gov for more information) Proposed NAICS code (if different from above) Capabilities statement Information describing your interest Company Socio-Economic SIZE (example large, small, SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB etc.) Proof of SDVOSB or VOSB Verification in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database, if applicable (See https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/ for more information) Any questions/suggestions/concerns regarding the requirements outlined in the SOW The VA is mandated by Public Law 109-461 to consider a total set-aside for Service-Disabled-Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). However, if responses from qualified firms prove inadequate, an alternate set-aside or full and open competition may be considered. NOTE: All interested SDVOSB/VOSB firms must meet all the criteria from the VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 819.7003 Eligibility, in order to be considered for an SDVOSB or VOSB Set-Aside (see attached).
